    First time coming here, thought I'd give it a try given ratings online.Came here mainly for falooda, unfortunately cannot recommend it as the milk shake added was not consistent as what I've had in Manchester, havnt found a store yet in Birmingham that makes it right yet.Mango ice-cream was ok.Communication - Staff were lovely, greeting throughout and very respectful.Parking, there's disabled bays and a couple of spots on the opposite side of the road.Seating - seater couch for waiting I assume, nothing else.Pricing - very cheap and worth the money for what you get.Menu - Still had plenty to try out, they have a menu with prices on the glass counter.Parking: Some parking and disabled bays oppiste side of the roadKid-friendliness: Friendly

    Was met by a lovely lady, very welcoming and polite, she made me comfortable in knowing what I was ordering wouldn't affect my allergies. The shop was sleep, milkshakes nice and thick, didn't have to pay extra for whipped cream which was a plus.Parking: Parking is awful as there is only which are normally taken but to at no fault of the staff.

    Oh, I know the perfect place for you! There's this amazing dessert shop in Birmingham. Their desserts are top-notch and the customer service is absolutely lovely. I've been there a few times and every time I'm blown away by their delicious treats and friendly staff. You have to try their menu-it's to die for! Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
